(SD OC) Hex Lithium

Meet Hex, he's now officially called "Metalhead Scooby Doo flavored Sephiroth" I had this spark in me to make a Scooby Doo oc, inspired by The Hex girls and KISS from thr Scooby Doo movies. While not blatantly scooby doo themed I gave him tattoos on both arms and the neck, as well as his back (which I plan to maybe do one day, with the Mystery Machine and the phantom shadow) as well as Scoobys medallion collar thing as a nod to that too.
