Shugar Caine is the creator of the magical species known as "Hominos", eyeless featureless fluffy creatures that grant wishes to those with pure and good hearts, as well as a wondrous magical villain, hes a sleaze of a man, a weasel that the authorities hate and despise with a passion, mainly because he has eyes everywhere and can learn everything about his adversaries. Hes got a massive factory in a magical valley (like the valley where the Truffulas are in The Lorax.) with Nonsensical creatures and environments, hes an agent of disorder and chaos, he hates following the social norms for he finds it "Boring." Hes adored by those all over the world for his nonsensical candy and his silly yet chaotic personality, especially kids, he even has his own show that airs every April to December. Being a magician he can easily slip away from those who most likely want to kill him.
