(MMX) Dr. LightGear

This is Dr LightGear, he's heavily based off of wily from the Mega Man Games, as he's actually in the MegaMan X universe, as he mainly does make Mavericks and Reploids, but also does Blueprints for his own creations he plans to make.

Dr LightGear is a very talented writer and doctor for reploids and Mavericks, as he eve has his own Torkscrew Gear fortress he uses as a hideout of some sort so he isn't discovered as easily when it comes to his experiments, he's not evil but he's not anyone too nice. Sort of a chaotic neutral in a way, as he's made a new stronger virus then the Sigma or Zero virus and he's going to use it on his first made creation, sort of like the real Wily. He's true motivation of creating this virus is unknown and what he plans to do either said virus power, but leaning over to the more "Evil" side then "Nice." Wirld Domination from him has been considered by him once or twice but he's still unsure if he wants to br the "New Wily" or not.
