This is Zel, he's.a swordsman like Link and Is very young, he's the swordsmaster of The Crowned Malamutes, hence his colors and appearance and little accessories.

The Malafute
The malaflute is like the ocarana for him, but its shaped like a malamute, and it sounds like a howl of a female malamute at different pitches, but apart form that its pretty much just a fancy ocarana

The Malamask
the Malamask is like Majoras Mask, but sometimes Zel will wear this to blend in more, as he was gifted it when he was a baby along with the malamute, the Mask actually has glowing accents, and can heal his wounds (if theyre not too severe or big)
