Luxia is a special hybrid Yokai, a heartless with a key blade as a reaaaaaallly long sword, like Sephiroths, it's mildly fluffy too like Inuyashas sword, this is his Heartbroken form, the pure (light side) form is more friendly looking. he's cruel but caring for certain people and Yokai, and to catch him you either need to give him the foods he likes or get his bond up somehow, like petting him, which he doesn't mind headpats, but he dies like chin and cheek pets and scratches.
