That would be a lorikeet, very common around my part of Australia as both a wild bird and a pet. I'm willing to be it's a Rainbow lorikeet, but rainbows should have a pure red mottling on the chest without the green flashes. *ponderrs* Yep, it's definately Rainbow, but you may have a subspecies I don't know of with this picture!
