Once a violin played so sweet,
And a bird chirped with delight,
And a star burned bright,
But there is someone you should meet
And she is like a dandelion in your perfect, mowed, edged, watered, green yard.
She looks very happy, beautiful. A little flower bright and colorful.
But then she has you,
Spreading like a virus. You can't rid yourself of her, she is always there
Spreading, growing, taking control.
I found a solution,
And sprayed her with RoundUp.
As fast as she came, she left,
Leaving my searching my yard for a dandelion.
And we walked far,
upwards[ascending] though the thickets and forest,
And landed atop a mountain;
Atop this mountain great men once stood,
and great men once fell,
great men were slain[but not in vain]
Upon this great mountain we stand,
