My Bio

Since I was a kid, I've always enjoyed producing art (Whether it be drawing and painting in traditional mediums, carving, or working digitally.) In the past, I did a lot drawing from photos which includes the commission work I did as well. Lately I've been moving more into an imaginative process relying on reference only when necessary. I've never had any formal training, though I'm always willing to learn and develop my skills as an artist. A couple of years back, I had to unwillingly take a break from my art, but I'm now heading back in with full force.

Art Challenge?

Hey guys! So in the last month, I had entered a character design art challenge on the website Artstation.com, which is another large online community of artists. The challenge was to create and design 10 characters that could belong to an ancient civilization of some sort, where in which 5 of them would be Heroes, and the other 5 would be villains. However, they still had to maintain a sense cohesiveness with one another, in terms of their designs at least. Now I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post my entry on other sites at this point, as the judging for the competition is still ongoing. But if you'd still like to see the final entry, here'...

Just wanted to say I found your stuff elsewhere (sites I don't use like Twitter, Artstation, etc) and just had to track you down here for a watch, even though you don't post here much. Phenomenal stuff. I browse this site daily looking for work like yours and it's hard to find these days. There's a LOT that a true novice like me can learn from how you handle anatomy and overall composition just from seeing it.
