The story takes place in-between pages 8 and 9 of Seeds Of Deception: Ratbat.

The title is a references to a Transformers G2 Marvel comic cover (Killing Frenzy).

Scrapper (the other Constructicon leader) will join the clandestine movement on the pages of SoD: Shockwave/Soundwave

Ratbat is already the cold and merciless industry chieftain that we have seen in War Within: The Dark Ages. All he wants is to suck Cybertron dry of all its natural resources, no matter the consequences.

Other short stories will feature some of Ratbat's Ultracons.
