"THE EVIL THAT MECHS DO" SAGA
A SPANNER IN THE WORKS
Lineart by Koen Luyten
Colors by Avery Murphy
Story by J.Z. Belexes
Edits & lettering by Franco Villa
SoD project by Peter Istyle
NOTES
Special Story: The Evil That Mechs Do is a saga mainly set during the age of Nova Prime, focused on the consequences of the acts performed by Nova Prime and Jhiaxus during their nefarious reign.
The Tower Of Pion was first introduced in The War Within, vol. 1 by Simon Furman and Don Figueroa.
Nova Prime sits on is throne just like the Pope does in Saint Seiya. This is not the first tribute to that series: see Short Story: Throwdown.
The attrition between Omega Supreme and Nova Prime was introduced in Spotlight: Optimus Prime.
The Solonicum Hyperway takes its name from Solonicum Prime, first seen as a dark profile in the Prime lineage of Spotlight: Optimus Prime.
The Pagoda Supreme meets its fate in The Evil That Mechs Do but also in SoD: Omega Supreme and in SoD: Magnus. How can it be?
Omega Supreme will continue to avenge the wrongs committed by Nova Prime in SoD: Omega Supreme.
Find out the destiny of Galvatron and the Ark Crew in Spotlight: Galvatron by Simon Furman and Guido Guidi.
From the same writer, the second half of the Omega Supreme/Nova Prime clash: Short Story: A Pound Of Flesh - page 1, 2, 3.
Want more? Read the other chapters in the same storyline: Seeds Of Deception - Special Story: The Evil That Mechs Do, a saga set during the age of Nova Prime (and beyond).

It’s honestry kind of funny that the only times I can recall in Transformers the good guys taking tactical l advantage of the backstabbing nature of the villains are in the kid friendly cartoons like Beast Wars instead of more serious works like the comics
