Can I join this group? I love Tex Avery's cartoons
Like so many cartoonists who got their start with Disney Studios back in the 1930's, Tex and others left on their own because they were getting tired of Walt's insistence on family rated films and long delays in getting Disney's works out.
Besides, most of those who left felt that they could provide better entertainment to the movie going audiences with more wacky and impossible cartoons just for the laughs they would invoke.
