Everyone's art style evolves over time, and sometimes we try something new that just works out and we run with it. I think that's where I'm going with the style I've been using most recently, with sketch and line done on the same layer and copious use of the eraser to make heavy, sketchy-looking lines. I'm still experimenting with it, really... some pieces are more polished than others and I still haven't gotten down exactly how I want to treat color. Now that the contest I was hosting and the holidays are over, I can focus on a few art things that have been partially waiting for that. Not that most of them have deadlines.

*Weapon Design Contest Entry/Entries ... Finished! Won "Most Complete Concept"
*Jade Eyes Cha-lleng Contest Entry ... Finished! Didn't win, but didn't expect to. Was a bit disappointed with how it turned out.
*Den Painting For My Brother ... He commissioned me to paint him and his dog. I have his face and the dog done, but it's going to be some time. Fortunately, he's not in any hurry.
