Terra Cotta Hoopa

I know, I know I have three Pokesonas at this point, but I have a good reason!

I was recently recruited by the people behind the “Pokemon World/Pokemon Stadium” Map in VRChat as an artist. I’m re-doing all the signs and possibly helping with re-texturing models in the future. 
In return I’m being gifted whatever Pokemon models I want as special personal models unique to me. So right now I have my own personal model in Hoopa! So that inspired me to design myself as a Hoopa (According to the head person they’ll be making this into a model too).
The main reason for Hoopa was another user’s idea after seeing my Hoopa art, and said user was also the celebi of the group and I didn’t want to copy them :’D
I’m also getting a special Mimikyu too but the Hoopa was too cute not to come up with a concept.

Notes: 
-Does not have an Unbound Form. (She might just have a different form entirely but it has yet to be seen)
-Works as an artist for the VRChat’s Pokemon Stadium Map. (I guess VRChat is her home “Universe” lol)
-Probably seen as the “Guardian” of my other three Hoopa characters, though she’d be more like a sister than a parent.
-Generally very sweet and generous but will shock people with Thunderbolt when she gets angry.
-Loves sweets. But sometimes gets so focused in her work she forgets to eat.
-Usually seen around Pokemon Stadium, following around a Shiny Celebi, an Umbreon, or a Shiny Abra/Gardevoir
-Her treasure horde is full of plushies, soft things, and halloween decorations. It’s also got a small population of Mimikyu living within it which she graciously adores.
-*Oddly enough she can shape-shift into other Pokemon, she mostly prefers to masquerade as Pikachu or Mimikyu, especially loving the attention she gets as Pikachu. (This is inspired by being able to switch avatars in VRChat)
-Like Delta Hoopa, Terra Cotta has alternate typing, being Fairy/Ghost rather than Psychic/Ghost. This is most likely due to her being from an alternate, very metamorphic universe. Thus why she’s referred to as an “Altered” Hoopa.
