To be colored later and with some backstory soon. But there is a bit of story to this one; it's a redo of a character Sailor Senshi I had made years ago, Supreme Sailor Prospero www.deviantart.com/terraluna5/…. Basically, this lineart is a top-to-bottom remake of the previous submission. Everything will be redone with more detail.
And to preempt the following question you might have for me, yes those are indeed Pokemon beside the character, a pair of Espeon to be precise. Enjoy.
