Two Worlds Collide: Chapter 43

The skies above Crystal Tokyo and the whole of the Silver Millennium were dark with enormous clouds of the blackest gray, so enveloping and encompassing in size they all but consumed the light of the beautiful sun. Impossibly they remained in the tainted skies for endless amounts of time; never once had the kingdom’s citizenry, nor its defenders, enjoyed the warmth and beauty of sunlight ever since the siege of Crystal Tokyo had begun. In the midst of the highest clouds there also lay a tear in the fabric of reality, a dirty white slit of light that was the opening of an otherworldly realm’s nightmarish denizens into the physical realm of mortals. Just like the constant clouds that silently hovered over the city and the lands, this tear, this warp rift, had remained in place ever since the siege had commenced. Not once had the foul tear vanished, remaining open and ensuring a path and entry of passage into this world for the legions of Chaos, mortal and daemon alike.

So..............my fellow deviants and watchers.........it's officially happened.

I came back from watching Fox and CNN, and I must say I'm proud to have personally laid eyes on seeing the epic moment when the leader of the "greatest country of the world" and the leader of the "last dictatorship of the world" met together in person and shook hands down in beautiful Singapore. Regardless of personal political allegiance or all the positive and negative critiques that'll be spewed out in the aftermath of this moment, I wish to be one of the first people of the world, and quite possibly one of the first Americans, to say on the Internet that I'm proud to have witnessed the start of the summit between President Donald Trump of the United States of America and President Kim Jong-un of the Democratic Republic of North Korea, beginning with them shaking hands and spending some time together. I felt jolts rushing through my veins when I saw them shake hands. I never ever thought I would witness something like this. This definitely categorizes as a rare moment in time, something that happens only once in a generation, and I'm glad to have witnessed it.

We shall see how the rest of the summit goes, but here is my preliminary observance of the two leaders as well as the news stations that are covering the event. First off, Donald Trump definitely came into the summit brimming with confidence and friendship towards the North Korean leader, whilst Kim Jong-un showed friendship as well but I could see that he was slightly nervous about these things. I've no doubt that some of the more sick liberals and anti-Trumpers will say that Trump had Kim Jong-un by the balls, he had him as a "political hostage", whatever, anything to make Trump and this summit look bad. But in my eyes, what I saw was Jong-un's inexperience with the outside world. When I saw the beginning of this summit, an important question entered my mind: how many times has Kim Jong-un left the borders of his country and met with the foreign leaders of other nations, barring Russia and China? Does anyone have an answer for that? All I know is that there is no memory of mine that recalls having seen the supreme leader of North Korea in meeting with other countries' leaders at all, so in entering this new level of talks with a foreign leader, no less a personage than Donald Trump, Kim Jong-un is definitely a neophyte in the international stage of politics and goodwill relations, in my opinion. There's a reason North Korea was so rightly known as the "Hermit Kingdom", and this applies to its leader and figurehead as well. Jong-un may have received some education in the West back in his younger years, but socially and politically he's never really gained much experience in dealing with western customs and leaders. So upon meeting with Trump, or any other foreign dignitary, Jong-un is the new kid in the neighborhood, the shy one, so to speak. Hopefully, this meeting and summit will temper him in a positive manner and bring him some good experiences.

As for the media coverage, I focused on only two news outlets: Fox and CNN. Let me say from the start: both were polar opposites, clear as night and day to me. Fox definitely had a strong feeling of positive energy, of excitement. The news anchors, reporters, and guests definitely had the mojo, so to speak, so I too felt excited, sharing in their collective energy. But when I saw CNN, I felt nothing. No excitement, no joy, not even grudging respect or admittance. I felt dead when I watched CNN. It was as if I had entered a completely empty and dark room, devoid of all energy. CNN felt like a dead zone to me, that I instantly felt bored a few moments after having changed the channel.

Well, those are my preliminary observations of this summit and its coverage. I'd like to hear your opinions over the coming hours and days.

BTW, my principal means of creating my drawings and other projects, i.e. my portable computer, experienced some damage and I've recently sent it to the manufacturer to have the damage repaired. I mainly work on all my projects through that device. So for the moment, all projects and drawings are on hold until my repaired product is returned to me. Namaste.
My fellow deviants and watchers,

let me first say that I long pondered about writing and posting this on a public site for days within the halls of my mind, considering whether it was justified or crazy in perspective. However, given with what I've seen all over the world and here at home, I'm now certain that what I've concluded and what I'm about to say in this journal is true, or at the very least hits close to the mark. It's no doubt going to be a declaration that may put some of my watchers from abroad in disagreement with me, but like I said earlier, I've considered the consequences and decided that it's worth the risk posting it here for the whole of dA to see, think, and discuss if you so wish. So, here goes............

We see it on the news, social media outlets, relatively unknown sites, and public opinions. The world is crazy to a relative degree. Don't get me wrong; the world is still beautiful, full of rich life and good people and fervent hopes of a better tomorrow, of that I have no doubt. However, the past few years have seen crazy acts from unusual people, opinions and ideas that are well beyond the train of normal thought, and revelations of corruption, oppression, and stupidity that has left the common citizen wide-eyed with interest, shock, and disbelief. I've no doubt that all of this started long before the year 2016 rolled by, but it was in that year that such a tide of lies, truths, and half-truths came to be revealed to the masses at its peak. Now we're riding the waves and currents of a storm of scandals, corruptions, lies, insanities, and unusual ideas and continuing to remain aloft despite such information flowing into our minds incessantly. To illustrate, let me give you some examples.

The rumors of Pizzagate.
The vast number of crimes and murders committed by Muslim and foreign migrants across the many nations of Europe, which are rarely reported by the primary sources of media.
The tug-of-war between the United States, North Korea, and Iran (recent win in NK)
The constant drug and cartel violence in Central America and especially Mexico
The stupidity and corruptibility of a certain South American nation's fat leader, and his exploitation of its people and rich resources (especially oil!)
The reignited debate of gun control here in the U.S., and the need to retain our Second Amendment and change it as little as possible (pro-gun here)
The tide of new socialism and liberalism and its myriad ideas that range from vaguely possible to delusional to outright insane in some cases.
The espousing of new strange ideas that make me do a double take (for example, an Australian "doctor" (really, can you trust a doctor who vaguely looks like a man and likes to cut her hair boyish-style short and dye it pink?) who recently went live on national Aussie TV and said parents should/must adopt a "culture of consent" with their kids, especially during infancy, and that one of those chief ways of consent is to ASK YOUR BABY IF YOU CAN CHANGE HIS/HER/ITS DIAPER!!! NOT bleeping KIDDING! THAT NEWS VIDEO IS REAL!)
The failure of finding Russian collusion with Trump and the continued futile attempts of finding something, anything to prove otherwise........Ayy...............
The revelations of corruptions here in America at a far greater level than we previously thought, and abroad.

And so on, and so on.........

How any normal person can remain sane when sailing through this muck of craziness and everyday life is quite frankly a feat worthy of recognition, even to oneself. It's a testament to how we humans are able to adapt and move on with our lives in spite of all the crazy, strange, and tragic things that happen everyday in the world. And it's still going.

Now, comes the heart of the matter. All this craziness and tragedy is happening everywhere in the world, even here in my home country.

In North, Central, and South America.......
The U.S. suffers from gun violence and other violence, as well as divisions between liberal and conservative and other social stigmas. I've even heard rumors saying that some part of our government is interested in presenting a bill that would require US citizens to have a passport to travel from state to state. This isn't the news reports I've read that say one may or already needs a passport to fly domestically within the U.S.; this new idea would apply to ALL interstate travel. Car, train, plane, etc. Imagine driving from California to Nevada or Arizona and requiring a passport to go on? No way! I'm against that, if it's true........
Venezuela is still under the throes of a fat pesudo-dictator who just exploits his nation without cease.
Mexico still suffers from drug and cartel violence.
Canada is apparently slowly becoming more liberal and left-leaning. I need only the actual example of when the Canadian government actually legalized ZOOPHILIA to prove as such. That's crazy, as I know that zoophilia is truly disgusting. If you don't know what it is, look it up.

In Europe...........
The vast majority of nations now suffer daily from migrant, foreign, and terrorist attacks upon their native peoples.
The vast majority of European citizens have little to no legal way to defend themselves (can't really own a gun there for self-defense, for one, save in Switzerland and most likely Poland, since they're two of the very few European nations to still have a damn spine. Kudos to you, Poles and Swiss)
Even the police of several European nations, most notably Ireland, France, and the UK, aren't allowed to carry firearms during their daily jobs as enforcers and protectors of the citizenry. I consider that messed up, but it's because I've grown up in a gun-loving American society.
Sweden is now the rape capital of the world. Enough said.
The European Union is more like an overseeing and overbearing shadow dictatorship than a union of nations.
In the UK, you apparently cannot speak for oneself anymore. Look to the Count Dankula trial for proof.

In Asia..................
Russia I'd say has remained more or less relatively stable, and enjoys great freedoms, though I think perhaps the government is a little more strict on its citizens, but I'm not sure of that.
The Asian nations suffer from daily problems, some more pronounced than others (Japan still has knife murders despite having zero gun society, and South Korea was said to be the number two ranked in gun-related suicides despite having really strict gun laws)

In Africa...........
Many nations there are suffering from warlords' control, poverty, and so forth, but we Westerners tend to overlook Africa, methinks, so I'll stop there because I don't know much about Africa and its troubles.

In the Middle East.............
One has seen and read enough news to know that many parts of the Middle East still suffer from terrorism and religious fanaticism, and the deaths that come from such acts and ideals.

In Australia.........
Well, everything seems OK there, but even in Australia you can't own a gun for protection. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the Australian government do a buyback of all privately-owned guns a few years back, thus leaving its citizens defenseless?

Because of all these things that I've seen, read, and heard about, along with several more things I've only just recently heard of, I've come to the following conclusion and personal opinion. Mind you, it's based off first-hand incomplete knowledge, perhaps a little passion, has several flaws, and can be countered, refuted, or passionately argued against by you, but this is my personal belief and currently I am of the mindset that it is so. Despite the divisions between two major parties, all manner of societal ideas hitting each other like bumper carts, the scandals and corruptions now being revealed here, and the possibility of a 'deep state' government that runs the U.S.' affairs despite our openly democratic position, and the fact that such power has now been shaken greatly by the appointment of Trump, despite all that.............

The United States, for all its problems, flaws, and stupidities, is in my opinion, the last remaining free nation left on this earth.

Believe in it, deny it, try to correct it, it doesn't matter to me. I've said it here on dA, and it's what I believe. Even though this belief of mine is changeable in the future, for the time being it is what I think. You should consider the state of your home country and compare it to mine and perhaps you may come see this from my perspective. To provide an example, consider that in most of the world, citizens aren't allowed to carry a weapon for protection, and some cases can't even legally defend themselves from a legitimate threatening person without dealing with law-related consequences in the aftermath. Furthermore, criminals will have a great advantage in exploiting the flaws of these nations, and citizens will be at a disadvantage since any other means of protection are not as effective as owning your own personal weapon to ensure your safety. Consider that well. This is one of the reasons why I believe my home nation is the last free bastion of personal rights and liberty left on this world, and it's currently under siege both within and without. And when I say "free", I do not mean it in the most literal sense, where one can do whatever the hell they want. I mean "free" in that we're permitted to pursue our interests within reason while respecting the law of the land to a certain degree, as well as enjoying certain rights and liberties which have started to become somewhat exclusive to the U.S. alone. This is what I believe. Call it crazy, call it insane, say that I'm not thinking straight if you wish, or the exact opposite. All it is in the end is my personal opinion. The only power it has over your mind is passive fleeting influence. Nothing more, nothing less.

And of course, that begs the question: what do you think?
Namaste.

Fellow deviants and watchers, you most likely know that I have been explaining through several journals and commentary that I have been working on a long-term project known as the Order of the Star Warriors. Before I get into details, a little recap and origin story is in order.

First off, here are links to some of the journals explaining my project:  .............needs no title.NEW UPDATE: Remembrance for this day. Once again, remembrance for the tragic deaths that occurred in New York fifteen years ago. A moment of silence, honor, and respect for the fallen. Just like December 7th is a day remembered in U.S. history, so too do we remember 9/11 in the same way. This is my short and brief but honorable words of respect and remembrance for the dead of 9/11. Honor and glory to the city of New York, hope and love for the United States, for Europe, and for the world. Good tidings and blessings be upon you all.
................................................
Greetings yet again, y'all.
Again, it's been awhile.
How's dA been since I've been absent, with the occasional brief visits for observance and for work on my Stash projects? How have my fellow deviants and watchers been doing? I hope the answer is good on both accounts.
Anyway, don't fear. As always I'm not dead on dA, and I don't think I'll ever be dead on dA. I've still got a whole lot of stuff 'n ide
Update and a new project in the works. My fellow deviants and watchers, once more we play this game. The usual "I'm gone for a long while and then return" routine before it starts all over again. I'm not complaining, though. It's natural, given that one's life is always full of work, school, and other responsibilities that take up much of an artist's time. We all accept that in our own way.
But now to business. I have some updates; well, one rather major and important one.
By now, you'll know that I've been talking in other journals about a project that I'm working on called "Order of the Star Warriors". It's totally based off Sailor Moon and follows the same premise; female magical warriors called Sailor Senshi that protect the sanctity of life (and the Earth and Sol System, of course). At least that's the gist of it. My Order is pretty much the same idea save for several variations. Firstly, my Sailor Senshi (alternatively called Star Warriors or Sailor Warriors) are trained in military combat and tactics, wield physical

Now the origins of the Order of the Star Warriors: in my early years of dA, I had decided to create my own corps of Sailor Senshi, whom I called the Sailor Protectors. Basically, my project (now defunct) involved drawing 100 Sailor Senshi who were all the personal guardians of the original group of Sailor Scouts. Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, Mars, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto would all be protected by these 100 Senshi. This project was hampered by my inexperience and naivete, since I took ideas without giving due credit and copying already established characters as the Senshi in question. Now that I think of it, I may have come close to plagiarizing inadvertently, without knowing it. Regardless, this project no longer exists, but it served as the seed for what eventually became my new project and quest: the Order of the Star Warriors.

At first, I started making and submitting my new Senshi daily, but I was still only learning how to draw and write better. So my first Star Warrior designs were plagued with flaws. That is when I decided to make this project into a long-term piece of work, and it was here that I made the decision not to submit any new Sailor Senshi until the project is completed. That's why none of you have seen fully completed drawings of Sailor Senshi (drawn, colored, and given backstory), why I've only submitted Space Marines, photos, and writings, and why I've left explanations in the linearts of new Sailor Senshi stating that I'll color and give them backstories later in the future. It's because of this project. I want to be perfect before I submit my grand opus.

So there's the origin and history of this project, now behold its present. I'm proud to say that I've finally completed the framework and rough draft of what is to be the official document of the Order of the Star Warriors and my first written treatise of sorts: the Codex Senshi. Simply put, this codex will be the guidebook, history book, bible, and technical manual on the manner, conduct, lifestyle, and skill of the Star Warriors. It'll have history, training techniques, a rank system, laws and rules, military stuff, and so forth. I've read and studied methods of writing and everyday lifestyles from a range of sources, both fictional and real. One example was me having read the whole book known as The Art of War, written by Sun Tzu, to researching titles, laws, and military tactics on Wikipedia, and watching shows like Burn Notice and Person of Interest to inspire myself on how operatives would accomplish missions and such. All of this is geared towards my crafting of the Star Warriors' very own codex, and now I have completed the official rough draft of the book, which will now be tailored and sculpted to a fine point.

The codex will form the core of my own quasi-universe where the Order of the Star Warriors will exist. I mean quasi because I will incorporate elements from already existing fictional universes which everyone is familiar with. The Sailor Moon franchise, of course, is the foundation of this project, so obviously Sailor Moon, all the other Senshi, and the Silver Millennium will exist in this universe of mine. Elements of Pokémon, Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica, Warhammer 40,000 and other such fictional universes will also be included in this project, with all due credit given accordingly. (Star Wars will not be in this due to personal reasons and the fact that SW takes place in the far, far away past) Furthermore, real-life history will also be added to this universe of mine. For example, the modern nations of today will be in my project, from the United States of America to Great Britain to Ireland to Mexico and so forth. This universe of mine will take place in the 28th century (2700-2799) and a little beyond. Here, the galaxy will be vastly populated, with many worlds existing in a society of high technological advancement. Federations, republics, empires, protectorates, and other such nations will exist in this universe, and there'll be alien species and highly advanced human societies living together. This universe will also be under constant threat of invasions, incursions, and other conflicts, hence the reason why my Order of the Star Warriors exists primarily as a combat-oriented organization of Sailor Senshi, who can still perform other duties besides their main role of prosecuting war. This is how my quasi-universe will be like.

The project will consist of the following: the Codex Senshi, drawings of Sailor Senshi, short stories, technical designs and schematics of the weapons and items they use, and character backstories. As of now, the amount of stuff I've completed for the project is as follows:

17 fully complete Sailor Senshi (Drawn, colored, with backstory)
9 fully complete short stories (assorted missions, all under the umbrella title "Tales of the Star Warriors")
Unknown number of other completed drawings of Senshi items and weapons

And finally, there's the Codex Senshi itself. Here's the full table of contents:

I plan to add a few more topics to the codex as I keep polishing and finishing it. Some will include Time Management, A Star Warrior's Life, Galactic Society, and so forth.

In the drawing board I have several dozen other Sailor Senshi drawings at various stages of development, along with several short stories nearing completion.

This is the core of what the Order of the Star Warriors is going to be, my friends. This'll be my contribution to the fandom of Sailor Moon that lies here on dA, and one of my finest projects. However, I wish to add that if you one day come to my profile and see that it's suspended or banned, it'll be probably be because of the codex, because I plan to include some things that may or may not be offensive to dA administrators. I've already sent a message to their enforcers detailing my codex and the project and asking whether or not it'll violate dA policy. I never heard back from them. I will try again, but know that in submitting this project, I may or may not risk my presence here on dA. However, I definitely WANT to do this.

As a final note, I wish to say that I will also invite ideas from any fellow deviants who want to contribute to this project if they so wish. If you're a Sailor Moon fan and have some unfinished characters that you never got around to complete, I can finish them for you and I grant you the option of making them part of my order, if you so wish. If you have ideas as to regarding possible titles or ranks or other pertinent information as to this project and you want to voice it out, by all means, send me your ideas via this journal or in a note. I'll consider your ideas and thoughts and may incorporate them into my project, giving you all the due credit and respect you are owed.

As to time of completion, I have no set date. The Order of the Star Warriors most likely will not be completed until close to the end of the year, and even then, I'll continue to add more and more well after it's finished. But for now, that's all folks. Thanks for your time, and Namaste!
Assault Marine, 6th Company, Sons of Baal Chapter
Chapter Name: Sons of Baal

Founded: Twenty-fourth Founding

Successors of: Blood Angels Legion

Chapter Master: unknown, but bears the title "Angelus Primaris"

Warcry: "In memory of Sanguinius, we spill blood in His name!"

Homeworld: Crurtus, Segmentum Pacificus

Colors: quartered red and white armor

Symbol: a white winged teardrop with a skull beneath it

Beliefs: a young Successor Chapter of the Blood Angels, created during the 24th Founding. Thanks to their young status as a relatively new Space Marine Chapter, and their highly disciplined lifestyle, the Sons of Baal enjoys some measure of respite from the twin curses of their progenitors. Though they undoubtedly are vulnerable to the Rage and the Thirst, the strict disciplinarian culture of the chapter and the excellent caring of their blood and gene-seed by the chapter's Sanguinary Priests ensures that few Sons of Baal are inducted into the Death Company. However, due to this and their relative youth, the Sons of Baal are viewed with some sadness, grim understanding, and even a little jealousy by their older cousins, especially by several of the Second Founding successors of the Blood Angels, such as the Flesh Tearers and Angels Sanguine. The reason is because they know that the Sons of Baal have yet to experience the worst parts of both curses, and so sneer a little whenever this young chapter's warriors regale their older brothers with all the glories and victories they've earned in battle. Only the most serious and melancholy among the successors of the Ninth Legion know that soon the chapter will experience a great suffering that will dash away all of their successes, and they will soon join their more cursed brothers in shared pain...........

Another Space Marine chapter of my own design. Enjoy.

Tactical Marine, Sons of Horus Legion
It has been a long while since I've drawn any warrior of the Sons of Horus Legion, primarily because I didn't have the necessary color required. But now I finally have that color, and so you can expect me to draw more Sons of Horus warriors, a legion and color scheme that I must admit I actually like. Please enjoy this rare specimen of mine, first of a new line that I intend to make in good haste.

I'm very artistic, caring, and spiritual. I especially enjoy science fiction and, believe it or not, I do believe Atlantis was real. But I do believe in a balance between the real and fantasy worlds. I don't believe we should be addicted to anything (except art) Besides loving Sailor Moon and Warhammer 40,000 (specifically the Space Marines), I enjoy Star Wars, House, Star Trek, Indiana Jones, and many other cool genres of film. I also enjoy all kinds of music that take my fancy. I don't listen to heavy metal or death metal or rap. I consider them too primal (no offense to my viewers) I practice yoga and Buddhist meditation and I read much about mythology, conspiracy theory, and Atlantis. I love the mysteries of Atlantis. Could it have been real?

I've been worse than I have now. Now I'm fine and I don't want you to make the same mistakes I did.

I thought I could handle this information but I failed.

I don't want you to have problems as I did.

Most of it involves degenerate behavior by the powerful.

Thank you for your warning. I have delved far deeper into this realm than you, and still I survive thanks to my acceptance of this knowledge and active pursuits into personal calm and inner peace. To quote a phrase from an excellent 40k novel I read once: "He who steps into the filth must wear a white cloak, so as to remain pure whilst treading into the dark."

Not the exact words, but the message is clear.

Apologies for late reply. And I see.......... How were you unable to handle it? In my case, I have read, seen, and heard enough of these studies to know things may possibly not be as they seem, and yet, I carry on with my life because there is a point and purpose to it that I dimly see. Pray tell, how do you remain? Good and well?

I got obsessed about those sorts of things and well it put me in a bad place. But im fine and awaiting your next works.

I'm as well as ever it's your choice brother but I speak from experience.

I agree that things are not as they seem but overstatement of the problem is common.
