Only for that quote, this guy is cool XD Just tried to make her outfit look similar to that of Supes, as some kind of kryptonian way of dressing, but with a militar look. Of course an outfit like this wouldn't be for fight, is more a ceremonial General uniform, to make Zod look like some kind of kryptonian Hitler.
Curious, the color scheme is similar to that of Superman: Red Son... (not intended, I can asure you)

I really like this redesign! It's simple but very effective, gets across both the military and retro futuristic feel, without going too far on sci-fi ish details.
