Description
Portrait of Henry, my aunt's mother-in-law's silly puppy. I apologize for the poor quality photo, it was taken with a phone.
The nose gave me some trouble, but it's partially my fault for rushing it. Completed in one sitting, approx. 6 hours with chalk pastels. I need to buy some pastel pencils, details are difficult to sketch in with my large blocky chalks. Size is 8"x10" for easy framing. This is the 3rd Pet in Pastels piece I've done, each one has been a great learning experience.
