I hope no one gave me an annual core membership anonymously. I had paid for one and DA has had my account screwed up. Back in Aug 28, 2018 they automatically tapped my credit card for an annual membership even tho I still had 3 weeks and 3 days left on the previous annual subscription. After several emails back and forth they told me once my 3 week and 3 day was up, then my new annual subscription would kick in. Well....it NEVER kicked in, it said I needed a Core Membership!!! So I sent them another email and a snip showing them they had already charged me. Today they said they fixed my account....and then I got a second email saying someone gave me an anonymous gift of an annual subscription. Did someone give me a gift? Thus making this upcoming year paid for twice? Or do they make your account look like you have a secret admirer that gifted you an annual subscription? Inquiring minds would love to know. Sorry, I am a bean counter, and this is not the way you correct accounts. It's not nice to confuse the hell out of me!
