a fitt chart with AL Tyrannosaurs found until today
I think I am the first one who has made all tyrannosaurs on one chart here on DA. Now this big project is finally finished. It was a hell lot of work, but worth it. It just looks awesome

Who's your favourite tyrannosauroid?
y87arrow's avatar
No Qianzhousaurus? But I looked up when it was found, it was in 2014. Maybe this chart is a bit older. It says "2012-2016", I think it was made in 2012 but I find it confusing when it says that. Why doesn't it only show the year it was made, it would be less confusing? But it's my favourite tyrannosaur, because of its long snout and being a fast runner, "the ferrari of the tyrannosaurs" as someone wrote.

T rex has a huge family. Does it have the most members i wonder? Nah. Raptors have more.

I'm making a project like that, I'm making T.rex and Tarbosaurus, but when I finish them I'll do Zhuchengtyrannus and Sinotyrannus. Then I'm going to make all the superfamily

The greatest dinosaurs of all! Great chart, really goes to show just how much our understanding and appreciation of the Tyrannosaurids have evolve in just the past 20 years alone. Fantastic work!

Really cool drawings. You would'nt happen to have a philogenetic tree showing all of the tyrannosauroidea and the relationships between them. I've been searching on the web and have come up with some versions, but non that are comprehensive enough to cover all the species you have drawn.

This is epic... I literally didn't know there were this many tyrannosaurs!
Although, I stopped studying dino's when I was a lot younger.
But I am getting back into it :3

Awesome and educational resource. OK it's a bit rough but still a great thing to share. I was always under the impression that a defining characteristic of tyrannosaurs was two fingers. So not any more, I see I was wrong. Good luck with the 'to scale' version.
