Thanathoteristes, for some reason it has been incredibly difficult to remember the name of this dinosaur. Thanatotheristes is the latest tyrannosaurid on the block, a medium sized animal that was closely related to daspletosaurus, which actually has gotten its own branch in the tyrannosaurid tree now, the daspletosaurini.
