Liliensternus was a german dinosaur. It is believed to be a relative of Dilophosaurus so sometimes it is shown with a crest, but no complete skull was found yet. However, Liliensternus was a carnivor that could grew up to 7 metres in lengh. It lived in the late triassic and was one of the biggest meat eating dinosaurs of its time. The funny name of this dinosaur is a tribute to dr. Hugo Rühle von Lilienstern.
