Chainlink Anaglyph

There's nothing quite like a chainlink fence to set off the depth of an anaglyph. I snapped this one on the way home this afternoon and really like the contrasts from the heavy back-lighting.

Requires standard Red-Cyan 3-D glasses of the sort you can pluck from magazines and comic books just about anywhere (but Red-Blue or Red-Green will kinda-sorta work in a pinch). As I post this, the latest issue of NICK magazine has a 3-D spongebob comic in it ... vaguely tempted ... both for the extra glasses and the 3-D spongebob comic.

Sure, it's the same technique. I tend to do both color and b&w versions of every anaglyph I shoot; I just always end up choosing the b&w version for posting ... Not sure why, I guess I just like the more intense focus on depth and texture.

Check out the work of yellowishhaze -- another fellow Deviant -- who posts virtually all of his anaglyphs in color versions (some really nice european architecture and such).
