I did not, thanks for pointing it out. I know I'm responding 4 years later, but the amazon thing is still there, so I dealt with it (well, we'll see).
If you inform Amazon that the artwork has been used without permission, I promise, they will absolutely require the author/publisher to prove that it's licensed, which in this case, is surely impossible to do.
