Tsu's evolved and has new accessories, so he needs a new icon. Also, holy crap, I never realized how awful Tsu's color scheme is. It's got red, blue, and yellow in it, and for some reason I can't find a suitable balance that looks okay and sticks to his predetermined colors. I played around with it for like half an hour and this was the best I got, so whatever.
