Just curious though, how is the Abrahamic god any more real then say, Krishna, Odin, Thor or the some local  rain goddess of some African tribe?

Well for one Odin and Thor aren't even worshiped anymore. And for another, Hinduism believes in reincarnation, while the Abrahamic trio believe that birth is the beginning and that death is final. Therefore, Elohim and Krishna can't both exist. And it makes sense that whichever religion is the most widespread and influential would be the one backed by the true god(s), and that religion is Christianity of the Abrahamic trio.

Except that evolution is not a matter of BELIEF. The existence of the supernatural is an EXISTENTIAL claim: "to claim belief in the existence of an entity or phenomenon with the implied need to justify its claim to existence." (Wikipedia) Evolution is an EVIDENTIAL claim, one that is based on physical observation and physical evidence in a physical world.

Could you maybe change "believe in evolution" to "accept evolution"? I mean, great stamp. Don't get me wrong. But that kind of rhetoric is what makes those creationists CONVINCED that evolution is a religion. I am not even exaggerating

It's a book by CS Lewis about 2 demons. One demon, Wormwood, is trying to cast a young man in WW2 into Hell by methods of temptation many commonly assume to be the most effective. The other, Screwtape, is his uncle, who believes in the psychology of keeping man from discovering things about his behavior or thoughts that will keep him from playing into their hands. Your acceptance of God and evolution based on what you have absorbed, according to the book, is what will help keep your mind open to noticing things about everyday life. I really recommend it if you're interested. :)

You know what, dude...that is a completely brilliant conclusion in my opinion. You embrace an aspect of creation while upholding your own beliefs. Too many people are afraid of opening themselves up to discovery because they're afraid of what they'll find. Question: You ever read Screwtape Letters?
