Seniority Announcement: October 2021

Seniority has been a cornerstone of DeviantArt since the site's early years, and is an award given to those who have made their mark on the community. These outstanding deviants have been recognized for their level of interaction, helpfulness with others, kindness, sincerity, and many other traits. These deviants can be recognized by the medal icon that appears next to their username, and in 21 years, less than 2,000 deviants have received it.

The following five deviants, having shown a kindred spirit that has led to continued positive community interaction and involvement, are the most recent recipients of Seniority. Please join us in congratulating them!

It's entirely possible that you've seen @Rikitza or his photography around DeviantArt before. On top of consistently well-received photos, he's tremendously active in the community, having left over 140,000 comments around the community since joining the site.

@Moonbeams

A long-time contributor to the literature community, @Moonbeams has been a constant positive presence around the site. Her thoughtful and considerate approach to feedback on art and in general has been a beacon for many years.

In the three years since @lifethroughjournals joined DeviantArt, she has spent much of her time promoting and highlighting the creations and successes of other artists, from weekly art features to running groups for deviants to participate in.

@WhimsicalBlue

@WhimsicalBlue has been a longstanding and highly active member of the DeviantArt community, featuring artists and helping deviants by running and contributing to a variety of groups, as well as taking time to leave feedback for artists almost every day.

@Drasayer

Over the years, @Drasayer has quietly been cultivating thoughtful and meaningful community interactions. In addition to being an admin of many groups, she leaves a wealth of positive, detailed, and engaged comments for deviants on a regular basis.
