Arts & Crafts gives you two tools for perfecting the order experience: buyer questionnaires and add-ons.
Questionnaires let you collect the details you need
before even accepting an order. Add custom questions on top of the required shipping information for things like size, color, personalization, or other preferences. Free text, single-choice, and multiple-choice formats are all available.
Add-ons let buyers choose optional extras for an additional cost. Think custom engraving, a premium finish at a higher price point, or additional props. The order total updates automatically as they're selected.
To avoid buyer overwhelm, only ask what you genuinely need to know about to fulfill the order and use add-ons for true optional upgrades.
