How to draw a hamster with Alicante-Design

Tiny, round, and with absolutely squishable cheeks, it's no wonder why hamsters are adored and have inspired many de-de-de-de-dances and memes.
Nibble by nibble, Alicante-Design will teach you how to create a furry friend of your very own.

Step 1
Start with a soft oval shape for the head.

Add a slightly larger circle under the body. Round.

Step 3
Place two half-circles on top of the head for the ears.

Place two small circles at the bottom of the body for the feet. Hammies really just are a series of orbs, huh?

Lightly sketch guiding crosshairs across the head to help you place the face symmetrically.

Add two big eyes, a tiny nose, and a small mouth. Remember: If the mouth looks like a sideways three, that there's a cutie!
