Description
The Villain Greg and Stephanie have to capture.
His ultimate goal is to eat the entire world after he pours it with his chocolate syrup bottle which can refill on its own as long as one drop of chocolate is still in the syrup bottle.
He's friends with a spirit named Anabelle, he would make them a plush body (and rename her Lilith) so they can help him with his plans before Greg and Stephanie foil his plans.
Don't ask about the eye, he doesn't know either
