Chance of rain?

This is what happens when you disregard the SOWT guys during mission briefings. You increase the chance of getting the sniffles and everybody has a bad day.

In related stuff, we could sure use some of that rain here (and lots of it) in Taiwan to end the drought and water shortage. Its a point of concern these days, though not too drastic or disrupting (yet), but highlights the issue of water security and usage.
