I made this in grade 12 as a gift for my mom (who collects tiny teapots). The flowers turned out to be a painstaking task, but thankfully they didn't break off during firing. It's a fully functional clay piece covered in a green glaze. Makes about half a cup, hehe.
I love teapots and this is incredibly beautiful!
O.O wow. and the base shape of the pot is impressively symmetrical too. that's hard to do when you also have that lovely detail attached. would your mother be perhaps a collector of zisha teapots?
You did a beautiful job on this. Nice looking form and lid. I LOVE the handle and the way it curls around to the side. Totally fabulous.
Wow Itīs impressive! you know? I collect teapots! I love them!
gorgeous, I love teapots...and I love how you made the handle of this one like, into a branch, it looks great
really cool. I know how challenging it can be to do tiny details. Nice work
a kick-ass teapot. is it a practical pot or is it just for decoration? just askin.
I adore the way the smooth teapot merges with knobbly branch-handle, it's simply lovely. Great work!
WOW. it looks awsome! is it functional as a teapot? what are the dimensions?
