Please read the entire text below. By commissioning me, you acknowledge and accept all the terms below.
- Commissioned works are for non-profit / non-commercial usage only. If you plan to post or print the image in public, you must credit me and keep my signatures visible.
- The art is not to be modified, reproduced, copied, re-claimed or used in any way that I do not agree with, specifically, in writing.
- Signatures and watermarks are not be removed under any circumstances.
- In case the work is intended for commercial use, note me in the order to discuss details.
- I own all the rights to my work unless agreement of a licensing fee is made. I reserve the rights to post the commissioned works in my websites and in other medias (such as portfolios, artbooks, collections etc.), but will not claim the character design if not created by me. Characters are copyrighted to their respective owners.
- Please contact me before paying the commission (send me a note) so we can discuss about project's details. Depending on the complexity of the ordered image the commission might be done in any amount of time from a couple of days, to a couple of months. In prolonged commissions you are sent a report of the progress once in a month. Once order is made, I accept up to two request of modifications into initial sketches and start working the final art when I have confirmed the payment.
- I do not accept refund requests after the commission is complete.
- Pricing can vary from the original posts below, usually affected by the complexity of the characters, environment etc. The price added for complexity is not set and will vary from commission to commission.
If payment is to be done via Paypal or bank transfer, the commissioner must acknowledge that an extra charge will be made to cover for the transfer fees. This fee will vary depending on the amount you pay.
