>> Want to strike up a conversation with a fellow artist but have no idea where to start?
Here are a few you can copy paste to ask someone else. <<
What art program did you use to make this picture?
What's your favorite art tools?
Do you do any traditional art? (paint, crayons, pencils, pens, etc. )
What's one thing you absolutely HATE trying to draw and why?
What's something you found has helped you grow and develop more as an artist?
What's something you wish every fellow artist knew?
Is a piece of art really finished if the artist doesn't sign their work?
What's one artistic challenge you've had to overcome and are glad you did?
What's the best way to deal with traditional art once it's got a digital copy and been posted online? Try to sell it off? Give it away as a prize? Just throw it into the trash?
Which has been more helpful for you, having looked at tutorials and references, or just watching the creative process of other / your favorite artists via a livestream?
What's your take on sparkles being used in a picture? Is it cute, or something that should die in a pit of hellfire? (seriously, there are some people who outright *hate* seeing sparkles and call it the herpes of art. ^_^U lol )
What or who has inspired you to become an artist?
If there's one thing you could change about your art, anything at all, what would it be?
Are detailed backgrounds really worth the time to create?
In terms of artistic quality, are digital artists seen as less of an 'artist' solely because they're not using any of the 'traditional' mediums? Or, are they WAY better than any traditional artist?
