Pole Bending

I normally photograph pole bending head-on to catch teams as they weave between poles.  This time, I decided to approach the event from the side to get some flatter action and more guaranteed in focus photographs.  The change paid off and I got some spectacular photographs from it. 


Photographing a double-header for four hours and driving for an additional four hours kicked my ass and I still have horses to bathe and photograph for wreath sessions this afternoon and unicorn sessions this evening.
