I love flowers and I love black and white photography So this appeals to me! Some tips for flower photography... Try and focus on one of the blooms, creating a clear focal point for your piece. It might require looking through the viewfinder and moving the camera around to find that sweet spot. Also, when playing with black and white, consider adding some drama to the piece by upping your contrast a bit. It will really help those flowers pop and create a lot more visual interest! But overall you did not overexpose and your focus is great, so keep up the good work!
Jenfruzz, While Tammy in her response to you did not share an important fact, I will. Tammy is a legally blind photographer and is not blessed with the ability to "see" as you and I do. While she does not prevent this from her shooting amazing photographs or even have I seen her describe the condition as a "handicap", it does make some issues more challenging like "focus" and even "looking through the viewfinder".
Thanks for your thoughts!
