If you didn't know the Elite Beat Agents DS game, ask Wikipedia.
This is a modified version of an official wallpaper ("official" as in "downloaded from the web page of the game") when the game came out (2007). Of these official wallpapers, the only ones I could find were this and this one, what could mean that the other one (from which this Wallpaper is based on) might be lost forever
The original picture from which this work is derived, can be seen in the background of this image, for reference.
This image is a re-vectoring of the original, trying to preserve colors and making some adjustments to the original, which can be found here
