Hail to the talented contributors of our group! |
Hi Guys, I have been moderating a lot of groups including this one for sometime now. And I have seen a pattern mostly with new members but not restricted to them, a lot of artists tend to submit a lot of their art to the group at one go, which I think should be avoided, the problem is two fold. Firstly when a moderator looks at the submissions made by same artist and actually takes pain to go and see a few of them in full size before voting, they tends to make prejudgment on all of your art submissions and sometimes vote by only looking at the thumbs, which is a wrong practice which I avoid ![]() Secondly, the question is why you or for that matter anybody submit to a group ? the answer is simple, you want to get noticed, right ? Right. So what happens when a lot of your submissions are accepted at the same time in the group ? With the stacks on, people will only look at the the topmost work, and even if they do look at all of the submissions in the group, you only gets few audience. So the good practice is to submit one or may be two arts at a time to one group, and after a day submit some other art, that way you will get more audience per art of yours. Also it is less burdening to moderators too ![]() Thanks Arya |
