Ripley - Who am I?

Ripley knows she’s not off this world, she wears a special cloaking device that helps her blend in and appear human, but where she got it she can’t remember. She has no recollection of her childhood, and was in a foster-like system of homes for most of her early teens.

In times of great stress or intense emotion (or upon activating her “darkest self” a game mechanic in Monsterhearts) her cloaking device has been known to fail and she is unable to hide who she really is, a man-eating extraterrestrial, with alien impulses and an insatiable hunger.

She’s sort of on this quest, to find out who she is, where she comes from, what “kind of alien” she is and just to find some answers really. She works at a blockbuster and has pretty much watched every alien movie she can find while working there. (She also has some powers that involve involuntary visions, past, present and future, sometimes she can tell these are visions but sometimes it’s less obvious, so some references she makes might be anachronistic. )
