EFEMER is not a magazine, it's a feature, just like regular Journal Features - only in a more organized form. I also think it's more meaningful to the artists to have their works brought to others in a coherent way, in a place that was made especially for that one purpose. This is what I would like EFEMER to be.
Here's the contents of the inaugural issue:
