Fishing Collab with HiraArcher reclined on the rock, enjoying Tendaji’s presence and the warm sun on their drying fur. Pimne and Kras seemed intently focused on the water, waiting for flashes of silver to appear in front of their muzzles when a fish swam past. They didn’t seem to be having much success, so Archer called the group over to the bank to take a break. The sodden tokotas lounged on the dirt and pebbles in the sun, stretching out for a quick nap while their fur dried off. Archer was greatful that he had taken Kras’s tack off before sending the bloodmarked male off into the river to fish, he didn’t want to clean off the wet leather and sodden blankets and saddle pads. Archer relaxed, leaning his head against Tendaji’s cheek as he watched a few small clouds drift over the sun.
Tendaji’s expression became a bit calmer, letting out a soft purring noise as she cuddled up to the white and black tabby. The sun’s rays had a calming affect and had begun to lull her t
Dire Days Task 2 CollabKelly quietly opened the zip of her blue camping tent and walked outside. The sun hadn’t risen yet so the stars and moon were still out, allowing the early risers to take a sneak peak at a majestic scenery. The tall brunette eagerly raised her head and glared at the morning sky while she sniffed the frosty air. It was rather humid, probably because of the water droplets that formed during the chilly night. Wet fur was the first scent that flooded her nose and made her growl lowly, while blood, some fruits, vegetables and fresh water, probably a river, came in afterwards. Yet, the girl was rather surprised Archer wasn’t awake yet. “But Archer is a cat and cats sleep a lot.” She thought to herself as she headed towards her sleeping Tokota. A soft hit on Josette’s shoulder and awake the female Tokota was. A smile formed on both their faces and the female Tokota nodded while Kelly silently walked back to her tent. The smile faded away from Jo’s face, so
Dire Days Task 1 CollabArcher sighed, rifling through his saddle bags one last time to check that he had packed everything. He was heading up into the mountains where, unfortunately, there was still snow on the ground, so Archer had dipped into his winter clothing and equipment for this trip. Even at this time of the year, there were occasional storms that blew through, so Archer made sure that he had his directions memorized and a GPS unit in his bag. He walked out to the barn with the saddle bags slung over one shoulder. Tisla had already been waiting in the center of the barn with her halter strung between two walls, and was standing quietly. Archer finished tacking her up and slung the saddle bags over her back and secured them to the saddle. A quick glance at his watch told him that it was time to head out to meet up with one of his tribe members for the hike up the mountain. Archer unclipped Tisla from the barn and led her out the door, closing it securely behind them before climbing up onto her back.
RoK-Aberdeen, Fawkes, TislaThe sun was rising over the grassy hills overlooking the camp. A fresh breeze was blowing, lifting rows of high grass, creating a silvery line running towards the tents, like some legendary dragon protecting the inhabitants from any intruders. Usually, the camp would have been very calm at that hour, but today, everyone was busy as it was a Rite of Fertility day. Members from various tribes had come with their tokotas the day before, and had passed a medical test before sleeping there. They were all now busying themselves, packing things up for the task they’d accomplish, and preparing their tokotas.
Near a warm up paddock, Kayla was brushing Fawke’s fur meticulously. The brown piebald male had a very thick fur that tend to create untidy knots rather easily, and Kayla really didn’t want her tokota to look messy on such an important day! as she was now checking his paws, ears and mouth, the young girl looked around for the others participants of the day. there wa
Fishing- Collab with HiraArcher finished tacking up Olen, putting her saddle on and tightening the girth. Akeri was pacing outside as she waited for Archer to ride out of the barn with Olen. She pawed the ground and pranced in place as Archer rode out on Olen’s back. Archer would be going fishing with Tendaji today, and he was excited to see her after a little while of missing her presence, but first he would have to go pick up a tokota to bring along with them as a favor to a friend. Both Olen and Akeri could sense Archer’s excitement, and moved off at a quick pace down the hill. Archer let them move at a quick pace, as he was eager to pick up Reyna quickly so he could so he could see Tendaji sooner. The large dire proved to be friendly to both Olen and Akeri, so after a quick conversation with her owner the group was off towards Tendaji’s house. Once Akeri realized where they were heading and recognized the area, she charged off ahead, yipping and barking the whole way up Tendaji’s dr
