You blinked, sitting back so quickly the chair wavered. You felt like he had asked something of importance. Hot embarrassment crept up your neck as a heavily awkward silence set in.
"I asked you, do you understand Ophelia and Hamlets importance to the play?"
You feigned a cough as you scrambled to organize your notes. Their was no point to this action, seeing as you hadn't written a damn thing since your tutor started talk

"Bucky Barnes, you give that back!" you shouted, holding up your skirts as you chased the dark-haired boy down the sidewalk. At eleven years old, you were one grade behind your two best friends, the boys from Brooklyn, Steve Rogers and James Buchanan 'Bucky' Barnes. "Bucky!"
"Aw, c'mon, [Name]! I just want to read what you spend all day writing about!" Bucky called back, sending you a large grin over his shoulder before he started to shout out the first lines from your diary. "Yesterday, Steve and I sat under the tree for lunch! It was really nice and he gave me his butterscotch cookies because he knows they're my favorite! Steve is so sweet and I think I want to marry him someday!"
"Bucky, s-stop that! Don't read that!" you cried, running full out in your frantic need to reclaim your precious diary. Your cheeks were fiery red, burning with embarrassment, but Bucky r
"Yes. Of course, Young Master." They replied in unison before leaving the young Earl's side. Tonight was the night of Alois Trancy's Halloween party. A party in which Ciel, along with all his servants, were invited to.
"So, what's your plan, Sebastian?" [Name] asked, looking up at her friend. When that familiar smile crept across Sebastian's face, she frowned.
"I'm sure Claude would be more than willing to share any information he has concerning the Young Master and Earl Trancy. You may have to persuade him, but I'm sure that won't be a problem for you." Sebastian said.
"No, no. You can do the persuading." She replied quickly. "After all, you were quite successful seducing that nun a while ago." She added with a smile, recalling the incident.
"True, but that was a human woman." He reminded. Not long after meeting Sebastian, [Name] figured ou
In two calculated movements he wiped away the muddy mess under your eyes. Fat tears had left clear paths on either cheek, still dribbling steadily towards the apex of your chin.
There was an odd sort of kindness in his reprimanding. Like the love you get from a guardian after scraping your knees or the loss of a pet. Your woes were far more serious than the death of a goldfish, but the butlers nonchalant attitude was actually helping a bit.
You could barely see him in the dim lighting. He was an outline of black hosting two scarlet irises, looking down at you from his lofty height. Sebastian gave you a look of plain pity, smoothing your hair affectionately as he did.
Your dress was busted clean at the seams, corset exposed behind sheaths of dark dress fabric. The tear of your once be
Her Butler, Proud
It was nearing twilight as the last fractals of light disappeared into the nighttime clouds of a periwinkle sky. Carriages clattered noisily through the streets of London chauffeuring the elite of society to the nearest theaters and other forms of entertainment.
From the depths of the large city a single stately house sat in mild splendor, with warm light wafting through large clear-cut windows. From within the home, a couple finished dressing to the nines and made their way down to the entryway where their Butler awaited to help them into their coats.
The Master of the house- a nearly twenty-five year old Ciel Phantomhive- regally shrugged into his overcoat, before holding out his arm to his wife. With an intelligent light blue eye the man gazed at her, before once more returning his attention to the statuesque figure dressed in black.

I've been on the street for as long as I can remember, my father died before I was born and my mother died in childbirth. The hospital kicked me out when I was seven so now I am alone and have been for eleven years. Oh yeah and I'm also a little odd how to put this I can change. I'm a shape shifter, when I was born they say I had cat ears and a long white tail. I had people screaming for weeks, eventually they went away.
I don't really have much control over when I shift, usually I turn into cats when I'm distressed and at night I partly morph and get my ears and tail. To be honest I never really minded becoming a cat, I personally love them, their heightened senses, their athletic build, the ability to sneak in and out of bakeries and steal food without being detected (that's always a plus when you are living on the streets) and there is one other reason I love my power which developed quite recently, it was when I met H
