They call Me a Dream|er as my mind drifts away my spirit roams the aether while my body. stays. still. and my eyes. are. closed. my soul enters another world feeling the cosmos hold me with a choking embrace seeing a past I no longer remember is this what they call déjà vu? getting a glance at a future I cannot possibly know and yet, I know it to be true I know this new - or is it? - reality is mine but it is not - or is it? - the one I knew as space and time don't matter and matter appears unsubstantial and I seem inconsequential but then I re|incarnate into my own body(?) as I wake up and everything aches as I come to consciousness blurring out what was before... once upon a dream...or is it...once upon a life|time?
