It's been a while since I did anything with this account, so I suppose an update is in order if I intend to change that.
My name is Dylan Betts, I am a student of Algonquin College and am currently enrolled in Introduction to Concept art. I fully intend to take this as far as I can- this is the industry I've always dreamed of working in, and I plan to do just that. Art has gone from a hobby to my passion.
As I complete and work on assignments during this course I'll make sure to post the finished projects, and perhaps some other peices or works in progress that get put on the backburner. I'm always more then happy to recieve critique, good and bad, as I'm always happy to learn more and improve my craft.

Just recently, I started to sleep with my runes again. For those who do not know what I mean by this, I'm referring to the Nordic Runes for divination, similar to that, and what I've heard to be the predecessor, of Tarot Cards. I haven't used my runes in some time though, and wanted to, so I placed them under my pillow to recreate a connection with them, or so was, and is, my intent. When I decided to check on them today, for the first time since I placed them there, which was about a week ago now, I think, I found that a single rune had fallen out of the closed bag. Returning to old

This past weekend, my friend visited me in my new home. It was honestly a great time and I had a lot of fun, even if now I feel more lonely then before now that shes gone. It was certainly worth it.Two specific things happened over this course. One being that I beat Penumbra: Overture [not without dying of fear at the end], and the other is I got back into gaia =_____= Not sure what to think about that. Or if I'll even stay. The inspiration to draw is back, but its still not specific ._. I just want to draw, and I can't figure out what. Luck is not favoring me at this point. Well, not the luck really has to do with art, or inspiration >_> Even still.All it takes at this point, though, is for me to get a single idea that I really like, and I should be good. =o Lets see if I can find that idea.
