My rules are pretty simple to follow, and I hope they are not really demanding. However, if you do not follow them, you will find yourself blacklisted from my stable and my horses after 3 warnings. The rules are below.

READ THE WHOLE THING CAREFULLY.

The Stable Rules:

1. All breeding requests MUST be sent VIA note. If the horse is listed as CLOSED however, please do not send a note until there is a slot listed as OPEN. The only exceptions for this are affiliates.

2. All payments and the signing of rules for a breeding must be completed before you send for genos on the foal. You will have a red bullet next to your name if breeding payment is not complete. Once breeding payment is complete, you will have a green bullet next to your name. You can then send for genos. Failure to do so will risk automatic blacklisting. This is a very important rule.

3. I must be linked all breeding images, foal designs, and foal references. I need to keep my own horses updated, so please, do this for me. Wouldn't you hate it to see a foal from your horse pop up in your inbox from the group and not the person personally linking it?

4. Once payment for any breeding is completed, you are allowed to design your foal. You will design the foal unless otherwise specified or we agree on something else. You are allowed to host a design contest if you like, or you find that you are having trouble designing the foal.

5. All breedings require some type of breeding image for part or all of the payment. Depending on if you are an affiliate or not, you would be allowed to do less for a breeding image, such as head-shots or no BG. Some breedings, such as trades however, do not require a breeding image. I will let you know if it is required or not when we make the agreement on the breeding.

6. I would like one slot to any foal from a breeding from any of my horses. Even if you use two of my horses together, I will still only require one slot to the foal, not two. I will do the same for everyone else if they will like one. THIS HAS BEEN THE #1 RULE SINCE THESE WERE FIRST POSTED!

7. These rules apply to those who have purchased slots to horses that I purchased. Any horse I own falls under these rules, and consequently, anyone who has a slot to said horses.

The Sales Rules:

The Refund Rules:

1. If at any time TKS does not receive the horse in question or decides to return the horse to the previous owner, TKS will require a refund in full, especially if USD/Points is involved.

2. If at any time TKS does not receive the breeding in question or decides to return the breeding to the owner of the horse, TKS will require a refund in full from the person that sold that slot, especially if USD/Points is involved.

3. Failure to follow these rules will result in a claim of an un-received product to Paypal, and automatic blacklisting from TKS.

Rules On Selling Offspring/Slots To Offspring:

1. If at any time you wish to sell any foal/horse out of one or more of TKS's horses, TKS would like you to offer the foal back to TKS. We will or will not buy back the foal for a reasonable price. TKS is always interested in buying back direct offspring, but sometimes we will not be able to. If we cannot purchase the foal back, you can then sell the foal.

2. You cannot sell a direct offspring or slots from a direct offspring bred from TKS to anyone on TKS's Blacklist; to do so will make communicating and linking the foal impossible. Too much trouble, especially if the person on the blacklist has blocked TKS.

The Stable Blacklist:

To get on this list, you must have either broken the breeding rules, did not sign the breeding rules before breeding, or some other offense. All offenders will have next to their names WHY they are on this list.

IF YOU FOR ANY REASON DELETE YOUR COMMENT AGREEING TO THESE RULES, YOU REVOKE THE RIGHT TO ANY SLOTS YOU HAVE TO ANY OF MY HORSES AND WILL THEN BE IMMEDIATELY BLACKLISTED! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!   

These people CANNOT: Buy slots to my horses, buy my horses, slots to my horses' DIRECT offspring, buy my horses' DIRECT offspring, or lease any of my horses or their direct offspring EVER. Breaking this direct rule WILL result in immediate BLACKLISTING and RECLAIM of the offspring in question, so check back here often!
