CC-Portraits by T-Free CC-Portraits by T-Free
These are all current characters from our Game CrossCode! Click for full size preview!
I have worked on the initial designs that are made by Lachsen (left) and improved their shading and details (right). If our Indiegogo Campaign is successful, we can do all characters with various emotional expressions with this level of detail!
Check out our campaign here, every support helps us alot: IndieGogo Campaign
If you don't know the game yet, you can easily play the demo in your browser here: CrossCode Demo

The extra tone in shading and contrast brings out the detail quite nicely.

They were making the characters more detailed. Half of these characters are female. Females have boobs. The boobs would in turn recieve more shading and detail because last time I checked boobs cast shadows just as much as any other part of the body.

for the top two, the shirt seems it's supposed to be a skin tight design for movement, combat, etc. . . For the other woman, she is a large chested woman and she is wearing a form fitting tank top. That's not uncommon for women to wear. Truthfully I don't see these models as sexualized. I see them as a good representation of how these characters would look. What is happening here is your head is in the gutter and you are trying to add sexualization where it just isn't either for the sake of conflict or because you don't understand how women actually look.

It's hard to fight if you're getting hit in the face with your own chest.

Yes. Adds more detail to the character, and not like they're super big or something.
