Welcome to this week’s volume of so we heard you liek emotes. This is the 58th volume in a weekly series aimed towards promoting emote and emoticonists from the dA community. It features emotes posted within the past week from both well known and new emoticonists, as well as featuring some other great emote projects and contests.

:shed: by Mr-Jaunty is an amazing piece of animation work with seamless looping and brilliant effects

2. :thumb145634490:
I love the attention to detail in Blue Bands by Marc-pHX. All of the animations fit really well together to produce an impressive piece of work with not a pixel out of place

3. sunflower- revamped by mintyy
Sunflower by mintyy is one of the most adorable emotes I’ve seen this week. The great pixelling and choice of colours combine to make another great addition to her flower series

4. Catching a bus by TheUncle2k
Catching a bus by TheUncle2k is an interesting piece of perspective work with nice animation and great pixelling.

5.
:rawrlick: by capncraka is just a highly usable emote with smooth animation and creates aan amusing situation when placed next to any other emote. :|

:bulletgreen: Groups</u> :bulletgreen:

As you all probably guessed, today’s featured slot is on groups :D

Group accounts went into beta this week which allows you to both convert your clubs over to the group system and also make brand new groups. With this change we now have 3 of our 5 clubs migrated to groups, one I the waiting line and one that shall remain as a club rather than a group, at least for now.

Open for members

:iconweemote: :iconemoticonopus:

Closed for members

:iconemoticonhq:

I hope this wont be for much longer, but unfortunately I don’t have the privs to change this

Awaiting conversion

:iconemoticiety:

Remaining a club

:iconemotication:

With all this excitement going around its easy to consider diving in and making your own emote group. I can’t and wont stop you, but I first ask you to consider what is said in this journal and you have the right dedication to keep up the account so it doesn’t become another empty or struggling group. If you still feel theres a spot in the community for you’re new group, then feel free to apply and if you need any advice just send me a note.
