:goodjob: revamp

A while ago i created a thumbs up emote known as :goodjob: or :gdjob: . As times has gone on, my shading has improved and this is one of the emotes that still needed updating.

I'm happier with the animation of this one too. Still not 100% happy on the shading, but yellow is a really hard colour to get right
