Big Minnie

2011 was a rough year for the emote community with a lot of drama cropping up in the second half of the year which wasn't particularly pleasant for any involved. However, as 2012 seems to have brought a fresh start to the community, I have one last point from 2011 I wanted to lay to rest.

Though not directly involved in any of the drama, from being a well respected community member `Mirz123 always seemed to get dragged in sidewards. I know some of the comments and clashes thrown around hit her quite hard, so for a while now I've been wanting to make her a piece not only partly as an apology, but also to show the respect I have for her. Through all the troubles and issues she remained strong and stood by her roles in the community where many others (myself included) jumped overboard. It was a noble thing to do, and at several points I felt she was the last rope keeping the community together.

As `Mirz123 and I share different opinions we often work in opposite areas of the community and sadly most of the times we exchange comments it's over some small disagreement, or debating a point. I don't feel I often get the opportunity to tell her thanks or show her some respect, so I thought a deviation would be a nice gesture.

I've lost count of the hours I've spent on this. The large base was fairly quick and easy to construct but I've spent a good couple of days getting the features and emotes looking right. I'm proud of this piece and I hope Mirz enjoys it too.
