The new technique looks really nice and your astroids look amazing! Great job! I like the dark, edge of the known universe feel.

Spectacular nebulae, but another complaint for the asteroids. Just a tad sharp, otherwise, great one.

The best part here is neb for sure :)

I don't really like the asteroids. Maybe cause I'm more used to more soft Tae's ones :) And I think yellow glow and main planet color would fit here better, cause now it just outstands a lot and doesn't really fit in. Also I think the additional glow you made in the atmo of the planet could be increased with a more soft transition alos ;)

Beautiful mate!.

Though I reckon it'd be even cooler if you could see a few ship racing the asteroid field!

This is a bit of a break-away from what you normally do, but that's not a bad thing; it means you gettin' bettah :D

I like teh neb-stars. Their brightness is low which imo gives it that sense of distance; it feels like those stars are really far away because of their low brightness around them.

Planet-awesome
asteroids-awesome

now this is just me being picky: asteroids really are smooth rocks not usually so craggy and crusty. They are mostly smooth and have small holes in 'em as if there were space worms that lived in 'em. But it doesn't matter, cuz craggy asteroids look good anyways :XD:

other than that, dark pieces are okay, but overall, I think you leave too much dark 'black' area on the sides. If you like dark pieces, that's great, but try to refrain from leaving large borders of blackness.

F***ing awesome!

Great planet on the right...it look amazing. I looove the nebula, it's gorgeous. The asteroids are plentiful, and they seem to look OK in my opinion.

Absolutely great work.

I'm still waiting for a tutorial...

Asteroids still need some work, I really don't like how there are clusters of them everywhere. Also the nebula seems to be pretty bright, but the brightness of it just suddenly ends for no real reason, looks kind of odd to me. The planet are pretty cool, I like how you have the lighting on them, very mysterious. I would like to see a little more lighting on the larger planet though just because it seems to not have enough compared to how bright the nebula is, it would also open the piece up too, seems pretty isolated right now. ;)

Your planet skills have steeply improved, I'm really impressed with the one on the right. And I like the nebula too...if you based that nebula from a fractal, was it one of those fractals that resembles a star-cluster in appearance? Since I have made a few fractals by accident that look like realistic star clusters, and this reminded me of those, just wit some dust clouds painted in :D
