|Made this when the eShop re-released Yellow, Red and Blue version again. hehe! It's one of my most recent major pieces so I thought it best to be featured here. Hope y'all like it!|
A kind, and simple soul whose passions are in art and video games. He began drawing at the age of 3 and has experience in various illustration methods. Growing to love tradition media, he searched for different digital platforms that did not deviate far from it. Thanks to modern touch screens and tablets, he is able to reduce the clutter and costs of traditional media and still retain the real feel of art.
He began his journey in gaming in 1991 when his step-father bought him a PlayStation, and has been in touch with the industry since. RPGs and jRPGs are his favorite genres, but he dabbles in most except RTS and sports.
He deems Megaman X4, Mega Man Legends, Breath of Fire IV, and FFVIII his childhood favorites, Fable 2, Fallout 3 and Devil May Cry 3 his high school favorites, and Witcher 3, Breath of the Wild, Horizon Zero Dawn, Persona 5 and Hollow Knight his current top 5 games of this year’s gaming.
He was plucked from his passions when he began nursing school in 2013, but due to many unforeseen events and 100 stress pounds after, he was derailed from what other people deemed a practical career back into his passions in art. As an independent individual who works for the family business for a little over minimum wages, he finally decided to pursue a career path aligned to his passions and began to explore the possibilities of art in gaming.
He is now a proud art student of Full Sail University’s Game Art degree.
With God, his wife, friends and family to thank for being where he is now, he looks ahead into the future to weave entertainment, medicine and business into his life and his work following the footsteps of his mother, father and step-father, respectively.
Where will the wind blow him?
This year, he strives to kick himself into gear and get back what was lost. With a focus in character design and game art, he aims to flourish in the aspects of design, color and textures.
The inspiration and the drive is in him somewhere. It just has to be revived.
Help him by pushing him into the direction he needs to be facing. Revive the spirit inside him!
